What is canvas?

Canvas of PrintOnMeNow is a professionally printed photo on high quality fabric. We only use high quality wooden frames that are made of pine-tree. We also use a prime-rate cotton fabric, that includes 320g/m2, that will make your canvas look premium quality and create a unique design for your room.

How to take care about your canvas?

The best way to take care about your canvas is to clean it with a soft tissue.

Will the canvas arrive already attached to the frame?

You will receive a ready product that only needs to be hanged to the wall. The frames are made by special technology that ensures ready product to be very light. Canvas are absolutely hand made. Canvas material is hand stretched on the premium wooden frame.

Your photo and format

How do I upload my photo?

Upload process is really easy. On the home page you only have to click “Upload photo” and choose the photo you want to print from your photo gallery.

What resolution is needed to be able to upload my photo?

In order to get the best quality prints, we would kindly suggest you to upload your photos with resolution from 150-300dpi, however minimum resolution for a good quality would be 75dpi.

What image file format my photo should have?

PrinOnMeNow accepts such formats as .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG or .BMP.

How can I understand what formats are suitable for my image?

As soon as you will upload your photo on the web site, the system will show you all the possible formats for the specifically uploaded photo. In case your desired format is not offered, it means that the resolution of your image is not sufficient, or the ratio of your photo is too different from the ratio that you want to print.

What is the maximum image size I can upload on the website?

The maximum size that PrintOnMeNow accepts on the website is 100mb.

Will my photos be manually edited before printing?

PrintOnMeNow does not offer editing services, therefore your photo will not be edited manually. After you upload your photo on the website you can see a final preview of your photo in the ordering stage. That is the preview of the final print that will be printed on your canvas. Once the order is placed the photo goes automatically to the production and the changes are no longer possible.

Production and delivery of your order

How long is the production time for my canvas?

Production time for canvases is 1-3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and official celebration days).

What currier will deliver my order?

PrintOnMeNow cooperates with the largest delivery companies. Mainly we use UPS and DPD. Shipping provider will be chosen by PrintOnMeNow manually according to the delivery address. Please note, customer cannot request a change delivery partner.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer absolutely free shipping for orders over 70 EUR. For orders bellow 70EUR Shipping price is 3,90EUR. Shipping price to islands: 19.90EUR

My delivery address is wrong. What should I do?

Please contact our customer support center via email: info@printonmenow.eu with your correct delivery address. Please note: address change is not always possible in case the order is already placed.

How do I know that my order is shipped?

As soon as your order will be shipped, you will receive an email from PrintOnMeNow with shipping confirmation and your tracking number.

Payment

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay via Visa, Maestro and MasterCard payment cards. Please note: it is not possible to pay at delivery.

Complaint procedure

What should I do if my order is damaged?

In case you have received a damaged product you should: take a photo of the damaged product (including packaging) and send it to info@printonmenow.eu mentioning your order number. Please make sure that it is visible the place of damage as well as part of the picture surface, so we can understand that it is canvas printed by PrintOnMeNow.

What should I do if my product shows color variance?

In case you have received your photo, that shows color variance you should contact our customer support. Please send us an email to info@printonmenow.eu. You should also attach the photos of the product received with white piece of paper next to it, so the color difference can be seen. Please note: the reason why the color might differ from the file that was uploaded on the website is your monitor settings and complaint is not justified in this case.

Can I cancel my order?

Because our products are individually manufactured it is not possible to cancel the order. According to Latvian Government low of Terms of the distance contract (Chapter 3: “Refusal of the right of withdrawal” Point 22.3) the product is made according to the consumer's instructions and the product is clearly personalized, so the customer does not have the right of withdraw in this case.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order?

In case you are not satisfied with the order received, or you have any complaint about it please send us an email to info@printonmenow.eu and provide us with all the details of the issue you have as well as the photo that shows the issue. Our customer support will take care about your complaint as soon as possible and help you to find the best solution.
